We live in London and our house is looked after by a local manager who is available to help with checking in and any problems that might arise. We also offer guests the possibility of a "welcome grocery pack". Guests can choose from a selection of grocery items which will be ready waiting in the house on arrival which is especially useful for those arriving on late night flights. They just settle up for this "pack" in cash on checking in at the house.
The cottage is serviced once a week i.e. cleaned, beds and towels changed. The pool is serviced by a professional pool service company who are on hand if there are problems.
The cottage and garden flat have a burglar alarm with armed response. There is a flat screen TV with DSTV(satellite) with all channels and their is high-speed internet.
As if it was their own home. Pets are welcome as long as the house and garden are kept as they are when they arrive!
My husband and I have just retired and moved to London. We lived and worked in Brussels, Belgium for 28 years. However, I come originally from South Africa and he comes from England. We live with our 2 chocolate labradors and our children who are both studentsi. For our holidays we enjoy both getting away from it all to sun, sea or snow and also city trips to try explore new cities.
