À propos de ce logement
Historic row house w/ 2 bedrooms+office, 1.5 bath on quiet street w/ parking. Front porch w/ swing. Walk or bike to everything. We know the city well, esp food, breweries, historical sites, art.
We love our historic home, full of art, light, hardwood floors, and outdoor space. Front porch swing is perfect for reading, a cold drink, and people watching. We also have a private backyard. Cook in our kitchen or walk to one of the MANY restaurants nearby in Carytown, Scott's Addition, or the Fan. We are both knowledgeable about local coffee--let us know if you'd like us to set up coffee for your mornings. This listing is for no more than 2 guests and those with reviews preferred.

As our guest you will have access to your private room upstairs with a full size bed, shared bathroom down the hall (which is a bit small) and the rest of the shared areas of the house. A small half bath is downstairs. Sheets, towels, and pillows are provided. Your TV has a Chromecast and a DVD player. We'll meet you with a key at check in or send you access instructions if we're not home--let us know what time after the 5pm check-in time you plan to arrive. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate early check-ins.
Échanges avec les voyageurs
We work typical 8-5 weekday jobs but are happy to provide recommendations, share some conversation, or leave you to your privacy.
We live here and are not professional hoteliers--please remember that this is our guest room and not a hotel. We are living here and do our very best to clean and tidy common areas as we and our guests use them, but please realize that we are sharing a space. We just want to share a bit of Richmond with people who like to travel this way.
We have an amiable cat. Our house is not kid-friendly, unless the kid is basically an adult. We are GLBTQ welcoming. Check out the Guidebook feature on the map at the bottom of the listing we created for you for local spots. The bedspread is slightly different than the one shown, now. Please park around the corner from our house to leave space for our neighbors. Guests with reviews are preferred.

I grew up in a small beach town but consider myself a city girl now. I love having all the great things at your fingertips that comes with living in a capital city, but one that is also small enough to get to know. When I travel I want local restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and thrift stores.
