Règlement intérieur
Le logement de cet hôte est non-fumeur.
Upon returning home from either Banana beach or Carmel market each 2 min by foot, w/your grocery bags/bathing suits, you enter your seaview apartment, hang your wet things on the balcony, use the outdoor sunshower, or a hot massage shower inside, then after, sip some wine, kick your feet up on the deck or in the studio watching your favorite movies on the HD widescreen. The apartment is in the back side of the building, so the loudest sounds you hear at night are mostly the waves at this level.

Le logement
Quietly situated on a no-bus street, but still perfectly situated near the hustle-and-bustle of Banana Beach, the Carmel Market (Shouk), the Carmel Central Bus Station, and in the heart of TLV's favorite new-old Yemenite Quarter, near the main southern hotels like Royal Beach, the Intercontinental, a 5-minute walk from the quaint old neighborhood, Naveh Tsedek, TLV's favorite Rothschild Blvd and Shenkin Street, this beach-viewing private studio balcony penthouse apartment (sixth floor, elvator to fifth plus one flight of stairs) in a car-gated, secured building with private parking, intercom and elevator, is a rare find in a prime location. Perfectly flexible and suitable for singles, couples, up to two babies or children (up to four guests total). This home is well-equipped and pedantically maintained (further details below).

Further Details:
* Since it is in the south side of the building, it does not face the already quiet residential street (no buses) to the north. Super quiet, unless you count the sound of the waves at night or the beach life guards in the day.
*The parking space has to be reserved by me ahead of time and costs you 35 ILS per day. Please allow as much time as possible otherwise it can't be guaranteed! There are parking spaces in the neighborhood about a 100-meter walk and cost about 25 ILS per day, in case you didn't reserve on time and another toward the beach at 60 per day.
* Total 68sqm: 25 m2 studio with kitchen, shower bathroom + three-sided 50 m2 sunbathing and dining balcony facing south, west and east.
* Amazingly sunny, vibrant and wonderfully lit for its 3-directional exposures.
* Characterized by refined and durable minimalistic Neopolitan and American SouthWestern design, the atmosphere around the apartment with meticulous attention to detail and your comfort. This abode will lure you into a genuinely relaxing sojourn and chilled atmosphere, away from the usually hot, turbulent days and ambience that characterizes this neighborhood of Tel Aviv. What more could a traveler ask for: a home away from home, chilled out, Neopolitan / Southwestern US feel, but still local!
* Step out onto the deck from either the kitchen or living quarters.

I hire special cleaning crews and individuals I know that I can count on to keep the place spotless prior to your arrival, and special laundry services to make sure the linens and towels are all ready to go.

The sofa-futon opens up for up to two more people!!

The number 20, top-floor, elevator-access (plus one flight of stairs) apartment offers:
• private parking (for a 35 ILS / night fee) or local parking lots 100 meters away similar price
• parking gate remote control
• Security Entrance with security code and video intercom to the apartment.

The sixth floor enjoys direct, airy views of the sea, Jaffo and the Tel Aviv skyline from three windows which face East, South and West and a beautiful 3-meter wide window facing Jaffo (Yafo) just visible beyond the minaret between the buildings and next to the glass sliding door access to the sun terrace boasting over 50 m2. The sundeck is to die for....honestly!

Everything in my place is free for use. Coffee, milk, butter, sugar, towels, lotions, etc. The only exceptions are the following where you pay only for what you use: coffee espresso capsuls, omega3 eggs, SIM cards, Sparkling Water Bottle and Mineral Water Bottle and private parking.

Newly renovated sea-view apartment that combines the American SouthWest and Neopolitan feels, where old meets new, ancient meets modern, the Orient meets the Occident.

The studio is fully furnished and equipped with sheets, blankets, pillows and brand new mattresses.

The bathroom is cozy with both hand and overhead shower with side massage sprays, hairdryer,, and it is warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

The kitchen contains all basic appliances in either new or almost new condition, including:

• Refrigerator
• Oven with electric stove, plus microwave
• Cooking and eating ware
• Kettle
• Lavazza Coffee Machine with Milk-frother (4 ILS / capsul)

You will find everything necessary for your comfort and make your stay pleasant:

• Centralized Air Conditioning and heating. Optional radiator in winter.
• 45'' Fuji Japan SMART TV LED (HDMI, USB )
• Free ultra fast WIFI broadband throughout the apartment
• Hanger for drying wet clothes from the beach
• Washer and Dryer on premises (10 ILS / use, detergents on premises).
• Laundry Service available, pick-up and delivery if so desired or local laundromats.

The spaciouis tri-directional sun terrace has tables chairs, deckchairs for outside dining and entertainment, as well as a shower for cooling off after sunbathing or so that two people back from the beach can simultaneously rinse off.

The parking space has to be reserved by me ahead of time and costs just an extra 30 ILS per day. Please allow as much time as possible otherwise it can't be guaranteed. There are parking spaces in the neighborhood about a 100 meter walk at about 20 to 25 ILS per day.

Autres points à prendre en note
Everything in my place is free for use. Coffee, milk, butter, sugar, towels, lotions, etc. The only exceptions are the following where you pay only for what you use:

I put in the apartment a small "honor tin" where you can pay for what you use.
Here are the things for which I charge separately:

Parking (30 ILS / night)
Mobile-data enabled SIM cards (40 ILS, excluding plan, which there are multiple, and instead of 50 at the store down the street: I buy them in bulk for my guests).
Espresso capsuls (4 ILS each)
Free-range organic eggs (3 ILS each)
1 liter bottled natural water (8 ILS) and 1 liter sparkling water (15 ILS) spring water
Laundry washer and dryer use (10 ILS / load).

All these things are also available locally around the neighborhood, sometimes for more money, sometimes for less. Milk, coffee, oil, sugar, wifi, towels, beach towels, robes and any toiletries found are free to use while in my home. :-)

The private guarded parking space has to be reserved by me ahead of time, so please allow as much time as possible otherwise it can't be guaranteed! There are parking spaces in the neighborhood about a 100-meter walk for about 20 to 25 NIS per 24 hours if you didn't reserve on time.

Tel Aviv-Yafo, Tel Aviv, Israël

The neighborhood is really the best in tel aviv in every way. I'm a neighbor in the same building. You're near places to go out and the hustle and bustle and the noise and beach but specifically here it's quiet.

As the western part of the original Yemenite Quarter, a quick walk outside will bring you either to the Beach and the famous Tel Aviv Promenade a block away or to the famous Carmel Market where everything under the sun is sold in a colorful tapestry of wailing vendors in a kilometer-long alley. There are free municipal bike rentals throughout the city and nearby, as well as outdoor exercise equipment up and down the promenade which leads from northern Tel Aviv all the way to Bat Yam five kms to the south.
There is an Eastern European restaurant with live music on one corner of the street called Baba Yaga, and a popular restaurant-cafe on the other corner I frequent called HaKovshim.
The Yemenite Quarter boasts traditional Yemenite restaurants in its alleyways, a new Ethiopian restaurant and just beyond the Carmel Market you have an outside bazaar on Nahalat Binyamin promenade street twice a week, as well as other clubs, pubs and bars on Rothschild blvd.
Ancient biblical Yafo is a four minute cab ride, or 20 minute pleasant walk. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. Tel Aviv offers free wifi in many locations throughout town.

i'm an american, work in Tel Aviv and love jazz (playing, too), culture, languages, food (meat!) and museums and archaeology. I speak a lot of languages, some better than others. I like to learn about other cultures and people and share life experiences. As a new host, i hope to apply a warm feeling to my guests as i was shown by hosts in different airbnb sojourns of my own.

Durant votre séjour
If I have time I am available sometimes for hanging out a bit and some guests even took ME out for a dinner, or invited me for drinks, but its not required, of course!! I mostly use What's App for communicating.
