Situated in the quiet beach town of Las Peñitas, Only 15 minutes from Leon Town, this beachfront home is perfect for a relaxing and enjoy am tropical beach vacation. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and A/C and in-suite bathrooms, except for the 4th bedroom which the bathroom is in the common area. There is plenty of common space; a patio around the pool with several hammocks, a 2nd story rancho perfect for checking out the surf or sunsets, and 2 additional sitting areas.

Please make sure they clean the pool and have clean sheets replaced onsite. The old sheets had a weird smell , also if your not using the pool have them turn off the pump or else the extra surcharge on your electric bill will be through the roof and have them subtract the…
