We are asking our guests to be considerate of other residents of the building: no partying, loud music or behavior, slamming luggage or furniture, gatherings etc. Only guests indicated on the booking form can access the unit, visitors are not permitted. Strictly non-smoking unit. The building has no-pet policy that is strictly enforced.
Guests are not expected to do any cleaning, but instead to treat the property with reasonable care following basic sanitary rules, and avoiding damage to fixtures and appliances. Please, notify us immediately of any damages/malfunctions discovered upon arrival, in order for us to ensure proper maintenance and good quality services for all future guests. The guest is responsible to the host for any damages that may arise as a result of his stay according to airbnb policy.
Late check out (by 4pm) can be arranged only if we don't have another guest checking in the same day. We are not able to offer late check out after 4pm. The guest is responsible for all host expenses/losses in case of holdover (late check out without host authorization), including but not limited to the additional cleaning fee, the rent for additional day, any refunds issued for inconvenience/lost booking to the next guest etc.
By booking this accommodation the guest agrees to waive any tenancy or homestead rights under DC law, and acknowledges that any consideration paid to the host represents a fee for hospitality services.

I highly recommend this nice, cozy studio. Very well equipped kitchen, plus wash/dry machine made it very convenient. The location can't be beat - a quiet residential street just one block from the commercial streets. So peace and quiet with everything you need nearby. Good metro connection too!

Great place in a great location! Communication with the host was efficient and prompt. I was in town for business so the location was perfect to jump on and off the bus for a quick ride to the center... as well as being very close to the main area of Adams Morgan yet tucked away and quiet. I would definitely stay again.

This space was exactly what we were looking for. It allowed us to stay in a beautiful DC neighborhood, close to two Metro stations, and a lively downtown area. The studio was clean and an excellent place to relax after exploring DC all day. Five stars and beyond. The host was also very good with communication and instructions.

Thank you so much! The apartment was lovely, and the check-in convenient. The management is professional and very communicative. We had booked this airbnb in an emergency and received confirmation within the hour. This apartment seemed like the right location, right price, and was cute to boot. The décor actually gave us a few ideas for future apartments, and I liked how thought-out all the furniture, utensils, and appliances were. Nothing felt extra, and yet it seemed to have everything we needed. The area is very convenient, walkable to everything such as public transit, restaurants, bars, etc. But it is also quiet and residential. We had a great stay! Thanks!
