Welcome to our piece of paradise! New upgrades as of May 2016 include newly reupholstered lanai furniture, additional bathroom storage, new linens and a new roof which facilitates cooler temperatures being maintained inside. This open floor plan unit sleeps 4; California King Memory Foam mattress in the upper level (a must have for our taller guests) and Queen Murphy bed in the living area so this is the perfect getaway for two couples.
This 1 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo is furnished in modern European style and located in a quiet and peaceful complex on a no-outlet street with two saltwater pools and 5 acres of tropical landscape. One pool has depth of 2' - 4' while the second pool is 5' - 8' deep. The unit was entirely remodeled including bamboo floors, new appliances, electronic lanai awning, dishware and an on-demand water heater . There are no other units above or below it and a quiet green-belt area is located directly behind the unit. The covered lanai extends the living area and makes a tranquil area to just relax on padded patio furniture and breathe in the scent of the tropical flowers while local geckos provide entertainment. Cooling trade winds enter unit through extra wide front slider; exiting through rear wall of windows.
Great secluded location and yet still close to all the downtown Kona activities! There are fantastic snorkeling opportunities less than a mile away at Kahalu‘u Bay. This complex is located next to the newly opened Kona Country Club, rich Hawaiian history at Keauhou Bay , romantic bay side dining options and the Keauhou Shopping Center with grocery stores, post office, restaurants, 6-plex movie theater, local markets and unique shops.

Kona Coast Vacations manages over 195 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of Hawaii Island (same name as the State). There are numerous islands that make up the State, with most of the population residing on Oahu (Honolulu), Maui, Kauai and Hawaii Island.
We are located om the Kona Coast of Hawaii Island, right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area (about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.
Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP.
We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.
Kona Coast Vacations has been rated excellent by Trip Advisor in 2013 and 2014, and it appears Trip Advisor only offers ratings now, and we are sitting at 4.5/5.0 based on all the reviews since 2009.
