Available for the first time, our furnished 2nd story guest suite of our renowned 1905 Los Angeles craftsman home. We're close to everything; 10 minutes west of USC and the Museum of Science and Industry, 10 minutes south east of Beverly Hills, 15 south of West Hollywood,, 15 minutes east of Santa Monica, 30 minutes north west of Disneyland and 30 minutes south of Universal City. The William Andrews Clark Library, housing the personal works of Oscar Wilde is a short three blocks south of the house.
The two of us live on the north side of the 17 room house, The guest suite faces our detached carriage house to the south and is very Private. The queen size bed sleeps 2, the full bath is of the period, with claw foot shower/tub. The sun room off the bath overlooks the back tropical gardens.
Just outside the bathroom is the laundry room. The kitchen is directly beneath. We currently have no pets, but well behaved dogs are welcome. Off street parking and continental breakfast are available. There are three buildings on the half acre property, but the back studio and carriage house are closed to guests. There are a few restaurants nearby on Washington and Western Ave, but though there is bus service, this is central L.A. and a car is strongly advised.
