Jake was an outstanding host, showing us the neighborhood and answering all our questions. The flat is perfectly located in south London near two tube stops and many bus links. Clapham is a lively and friendly neigbhourhood with lots of great shops, restaurants and cinema. The flat is spacious and filled with light.

Jake has a lovely flat in a great location (shops, pubs, transit, etc.). He was very quick to reply to our inquiry and gave us a warm welcome and thorough introduction to the flat - even offered to show us around the neighbourhood! He definitely went above and beyond to ensure that we were well looked after during our stay.

Great location, 9 min walk to either Clapham North or Clapham Common underground. 6 minute walk to the high street. Great shared garden with a cool door to get to it. Beds were very comfortable. Great Internet. Jake was very helpful in all our needs. Thank you Jake.

Jake and family made us feel very welcome. They were able to accommodate our early check in. The flat is excellent, quiet, and cosy. Great communal back yard. It is in an excellent area with plenty of good restaurants and gourmet food shops in the local village.

I have enjoyed my stay in the appartment of Jake. It is well located at walking distance of the underground, nothernline and easy to get to Gattwick. The Neighbourhood is relatively quite, a joint garden on the backside also. Jake kindly showed me around in the neighbourhood, the shops, place to eat and gyms close by. The essentials were all in the appartment. Only one thing I had to get used to were the trains passing by at short distance (100 meter) from early on in the morning, 4.30 AM or so and simultaneously the air traffic flying over starting early. I guess you get used to it after some time, I used my earplugs and then slept on.

Great apartment in Clapham, very convenient for London on the Northern line. 10-15 mins to city centre on the tube. Jake was great as a host and met me at the apartment and showed me round the local area amenities as well as the accomodation. The apartment has access to a large walled private garden, which is huge and very pretty. I would definately recommend this location and host to all BNB users.

I was born in London and have lived here for the last 20 years, I feel privileged to live in such a great city, especially in what we call the 'South West Corridor' which runs from Clapham to Richmond and has incredible amenity with its location so close to central London and the West end and the outdoor space it offers with the numerous parks and Commons. I enjoy road cycling and MTB, Swimming and Running, Travel, new people and places and food.
