When you want to book this apartment, you "submit a booking" and submit your payment information. You will then be charged in full by Airbnb.
Airbnb will then hold your funds until the day after you check-in, which is when I get paid.

Please do not smoke into the property. (you can do it outside the house in the balcony, be so kind to have an ashtray with you) .

Please help us conserve energy by turning off lights, small appliances, lamps, etc. when not being used.
Remember to lock the bottom locks on both the inside and outside front doors and close the doors on your way out.
