The building contains four units, this is the largest of the four. Three spacious bedrooms have queen-sized beds, and the two small bedrooms each have a twin bed. Two recently remodeled full baths.
The building is 136 years old, making it one of the oldest in Corktown (the city's oldest neighborhood). This unit is the upper level of one side plus a large bedroom on the ground-level. The space includes five bedrooms, a medium-sized living/dining room, a kitchenette (with cooktop, microwave, and some other small appliances), and two recently-remodeled full-baths.

My wife and I live around the corner and are generally pretty available should you need anything.
There is a window AC unit in the common area and in one bedroom, and lots of fans throughout the rest of the place.
There is a currently vacant first-floor unit in the building, but we do occasionally let friends spend the night down there. The unit uses a separate entrance, so it's unlikely that you'd even cross paths.
Please respect the neighbors and keep the peace after dark.

I live with my wonderful wife, Marissa, in the beautiful historic Corktown neighborhood of Detroit. We love adventuring (in urban, rural, and natural settings alike), cycling, plant-based cooking, and sharing stories with other interesting and open-minded folks. I work as an urban planner and Marissa is a realtor, and we are both working hard to help rebuild the city that we call home. Interested in moving to Detroit? We'd love to talk to you!
