I am writing in response to a review that you have given. First I would like to say that the issues with the water in your unit are completely legitimate, and it is hard to argue on this point. While the listing did state that there maybe water issues, recently those issues have escalated, and this is not expected for us. In response to these issues we have reached out to the HOA and the former President of this association, and the next meeting on this matter is the 19th of January, where a solution should be made on the matter. The former President should not be randomly turning water off and on, especially that after 3 years of little to no rain, the area is no longer in a drought. Sadly, before this date, there is little power we, or our neighbors have on this issue. Another reason why pumps maybe shut off is when the water levels are low, a shut off does prevent the burning of the pumps and sometimes is done by the neighboring associations, which prevents long term damage. We also have notified the association to make sure in the future, there is a separate water tank put in for the property, and will be done. I also hope the solution we have provided short term will work. As for any other issues you may have had, those issues were addressed promptly to the best of our abilities. Now if a repair was made, and that repair was not successful the first time, of course we will return and make sure the repair is done properly, and we did. We do appreciate your efforts to improve the property, and we also offered to pay for any improvements to the place, like reading lamps, a ceiling fan, and screens for the windows upon realizing that these are needed for your stay among other things. We provided bikes free of cost, and will be willing to do anything else to make the rest of your stay as enjoyable as possible. I do apologize for your experience.
