I am at the end of a phone line for any emergencies but do not live in the area myself, it is my family holiday property. There is a' Welcome Folder' in the property with ideas for things to do, eating out etc + lots of tourist leaflets in the sideboard.
There is no 'off-road' parking but parking is permitted on the road directly outside the house. If this space is not available all the surrounding roads have parking.
The cleaning fee also includes hire and laundry of linen, but not shower/swim towels. However, for your convenience the following are provided:-
tea-towels, dish-cloth, bathroom and downstairs toilet hand-towel, washing up liquid, a few toilet rolls to start you off,
numerous condiments/dried herbs/spices in kitchen cupboards, cooking oil, initial emergency tea-bags etc.
You are welcome to use any food in the cupboards which previous guests often leave and reciprocate if appropriate.
Please respect the house and its contents, it has been lovingly furnished and equipped for my family, but I choose to share it with you. So it would be appreciated if it could be left tidy at the end of your stay. An information sheet relating to Arrival and Departure procedure will be sent to you in advance of your holiday.
It is a NO pets and No smoking property, so please respect this.
