Car Space -
Close by free on street parking is available, or secure public paid parking can be located just across the street from the apartment. Or you can rent a car space inside the complex and come and go as you please for just $10 per night. (Hotels charge up to five times that amount.)
If you also have pets, that's fine, if they are house trained and friendly. (I'd need to know prior to your booking if you will have pets.)
•All tenants are to clean up after themselves (Wash their own dishes etc, not leave items in lounge etc)
•Every tenant is responsible for the people that they bring into the premises.
•Be mind full of other tenants in regards to noise.
•Each tenant is responsible for replacing or fixing breakages or damage caused to the property, furniture, or common areas by themselves or their guests.
•There is to be no loud noise in the common area of the apartment complex at any time. (otherwise we will get complaints)
•When using Hawthorne Regency common areas, tenants must always clean up after themselves, they must also keep noise to a minimum & leave quietly before closing hours.
•All tenants must ask The Landlord or Manager in advance If wanting extra people or pets to stay.
•No smoking inside apartment. Only on the balcony area or private roof top, (but not on the day beds.)
