The apartment is on the 4th floor of one of the converted heritage MacRobertson Chocolate Factory buildings. It has spectacular views! It has an open plan living area with modern kitchen and bathroom.
I live here with my partner Peter so you will be sharing the space with us but we have our own bathroom and the main bathroom is right next to your room.
We don't often have guests over as we usually go out to socialise so it's a good, peaceful base for enjoying Melbourne.
This is such a fantastic location with many great places within walking distance and a short tram ride to the city.

We are both quite busy with work so are in and out but am happy to help with any information where I can. I'm fairly new to Melbourne too so still mapping out the city but this area is a perfect place to start. I am usually in tune with the galleries and band scene.
It's a QUIET building so no partying in the apartment but there are loads of bars, pubs and restaurants nearby. This apartment is great for sleeping in!
Please treat the place like your own :) Keep the noise low, keep things tidy, be respectful.
I'm a self employed boutique owner. I love contemporary fashion, art, film and music. Most of my trips are for work but I try to squeeze in as much as I can like galleries, special fashion exhibitions and live music. I love (healthy) food and culture from around the globe and keen to absorb and learn as much as I can. Time with friends is also very important. I love to be social but I love my sleep so I'm the girl that's home a little earlier ;)
My ideal relaxation holiday is quiet time swimming, yoga, eating, reading and breathing in the sea air by the ocean.
