Chong, I am surprised by your issues. You should have informed me on the cleanliness issue immediately on check in and I will have sent the cleaner again to do the cleaning. My cleaner is in-house meaning that they are stationed in the building to address any issue that you may have.

Therefore there is full disclosure that there are F&B, pubs, karaoke. If you are not sure you could have make enquiries before booking.

The neighbour's noise is unfortunate. You can report to the bldg security who will come up and stop the party.
I must say that I have been a host since 2013 and this unit has been used as an AIrbnb and I have never have such an adverse review.
I only hope that in future if you were to book, pls be more communicative and ask all questions before booking. This way there is no unmatch expectation.
