This is our city crash pad so you have access to everything that you would need on a holiday or trip away.
There are 2 flat screen tvs with Freeview. There is also a digital radio in the kitchen.
The bedding is Feather and Down. Please let us know if you would rather use a manmade duvet rather then Feather and Down . We have a travel cot with bedding and a highchair available for toddlers and babies, if you have older children please discuss with us first before booking.
The apartment is quiet as is on the fourth floor and has no one underneath so no noise travelling up.
There is sun on the balcony during the morning and early afternoon.
Everything you need is within walking distance. We are right in the CBD with good entertainment areas secs from the door.
Breakfast will be cereals and a small milk left for you in the apartment but you will need to get your own fresh milk from New World Supermarket up on Queen Street (cheapest) or the corner shops on the wharf which although convenient are expensive. Tea and coffee will be supplied . Please help yourself to basics in the cupboard such as herbs , spices, ketchup, mustard , oil etc.
Fed up with Television? We have an English version of Trivial Pursuit and a Kiwi version of Monopoly as well as some other games for your use.
There is a soda stream machine too for "bubbly water" and a Nespresso machine, capsules are provided . There is a Nespresso shop a few minutes away or supermarkets should you need to buy extra capsules.
There is wifi in the apartment however it is not unlimited so please do not use to download films or netflix.
We have camping chairs and blankets, a brolly for the unexpected Auckland rain, cool bags and shopping bags for your convenience . Perfect for popping around the Wharf for free Friday night cinema down at Silo Park (Dec-Feb)
At the sea end of the Wharf is a viewing area with a bench , great place to watch the world go by.

The apartment is completely self contained, there is no access to other areas in the building however the wharf area is open to all.
Keys can be collected at any time of day or night due to on site security. We don't have rigid check in or check out times, the only restrictions would be if someone is already booked in and we need to get the apart cleaned for new arrivals. Please avail us of your arrival and dept times when booking so we can arrange the best times for all guests, otherwise we will assume you will arrive after 2 pm and vacate by 11.00 am.

We live about 20 minutes away so are on hand should you need us. We are available via phone or text anytime. We are always happy to recommend places to eat , visit or shop as we know our city pretty well including the suburbs .
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need even down to an iron and ironing board.
We will leave basics in the bathroom for your use such as shampoo conditioner and body wash.
Please text us if you have used something up so we can replace for the next guests.
There may be payable parking under cover at Princes Wharf at $25 a day on a come and go as you wish basis depending if anyone else is using our card. Lost cards will incur a replacement fee of $50. Trains , buses and Ferries are all within a few minutes walk. Uber is available in Auckland. Casual parking on Princes Wharf if very expensive at $4 a half hour or $50 overnight. Downtown Carpark is the nearest reasonable public car park which is across the road from Princes Wharf.
We are a genuine Airbnb , we sadly see many rental businesses signing up suddenly which don't give the same experience, we regularly use Airbnb when we travel too and desire to keep the flavour and uniqueness of sharing accommodation with like minded people.
Please treat the space as you would your own home. The building rules are quite strict in that there can't be any noisy etc after 10.30pm. The apart is not suitable for any parties. Security are to be informed and deal with any untoward noise in the evenings if your neighbours are noisy at anytime. No smoking inside and please ensure that the apartment door is locked not just shut when going out and/or vacating .
When leaving please ensure all lights and televisions are off (not just on standby)and windows shut and empty the rubbish bins and ashtray if used. the refuse room is located on level 3.
Please tell us if you break something , don't just ignore the fact .
The items in the cupboard above the fridge/freezer are for our use only.

We have been hosting for over a year now and love being a part of making people's trips as best as they can be. We do our own cleaning as our standard are high .
