“A must see when visiting the LBI region. The lighthouse is located on the north end of the island in Barnegat Light, a quaint fishing town with rich history. The family will love the views from the top or walking down the path along the inlet. Watch as boats travel in and out of the inlet and fisherman off the banks. ”

“swimming, some hiking, great family place and fun for everyone. there is picnic areas playground and the cedar creek for swimming. life guard is on duty in the summer. canoe trips down cedar creek are a blast if you love canoeing or kayaking. the water is some of the cleaned fresh water in NJ and empties out in the Barnegat bay near another great park~ Berkeley island! remodeled since Hurricane Sandy wiped it out. Now its wonderful place! also the cedar creek has the Barnegat branch trailer bike and hiking path. its a few miles long and a nature lover gem! ”

“This place is pretty quiet, fresh cedar water and picnicking. The creek empties in the bay at Berkeley island county park. Short hiking trail to an old railroad tressel that people jump off. Although i dont jump, its fun to watch. Playground, pavilion, volley ball and and basketball courts. Free and lifeguard in summer months.”

“Brick Beach Two is our favorite of the three beaches because it is the least crowded. You'll need to park at Brick Beach One and then walk down the shore to get to it though. ”
