Museum
“30 minutes south of Blanding. This museum features pioneers that settled Blanding and Bluff. It’s free to visit and it’s a cool place for adults and kids. Checkout la bunch of log cabins furnished with family heirlooms from the actual pioneers and their stories. There is a place for kids to pan for “gold”, hand carts to pull around, “steer” roping, and pioneer clothes for kids to dress up in. My favorite part is the homemade brownies and cookies sold for $1 .”

“The trailhead for the Bluff River Trail is at the rear of the parking lot for Recapture Lodge. It’s a lovely stroll along the river with some local art sculpture dotting the trail. ”

Cimetière
“Classic example of a 19th century American cemetery with panoramic views of Bluff. Adjacent is the Anasazi ruin called the Bluff Greathouse. Archaeologists have left a portion of this once massive structure exposed to show prehistoric building techniques. A kiosk at the site provides more information. ”

Dépanneur
“Most of the basic groceries you might need. Keep in mind Utah's liquor laws - only 2% beer here, or bring your favorite brew from elsewhere. Greater selection of groceries and fresh produce is at Clarks Market in Blanding - 20 minute drive north... and also a very good laundromat in Blanding!”

“They sell beautiful Native American jewelry and Navajo blankets, and there is the Bluff Fort which is fun to check out (which is further down the road). Also there are some amazing restaurants in Bluff that are really delicious. To name a few: Cottonwood Steakhouse, Dukes, and Twin Rocks Cafe.”
