“Rosebery Park is situated in the southern part of the Borough in Epsom town centre. The park can be accessed from South Street, Ashley Road, Avenue Road and Ladbroke Road and is open all year round. There is no separate car parking facility but the Park is close to the large multi-storey car park at the Ashley Centre. Rosebery Park is a garden park with wide areas of open grass, many mature trees, beds full of interesting flowers and shrubs, and a large pond with a small wildlife pond adjacent to it. Fishing is not permitted on either pond. The park is very popular as a lunch time picnic spot during the summer months. There is a new children's playground at the Ashley Road edge of the park.”
