“Western New England's largest shopping destination with nearly 200 specialty shops, restaurants and department stores.”

Magasin d'électronique
“Live music, fun atmosphere, and quirky music shop rolled into one! If you are a music-lover, you have to check this place out. There are luthiers on staff—a dying art, and unique opportunity. For the brave/adventurous, they also host music and poetry open mics! ”

“Great food, reasonable prices, an intimate setting. If you can't get a reservation, sit at the bar downstairs. Always satisfying.”

“This is the best espresso you’ll find in Easthampton! The baked goods and breakfast sandwiches are decadent—treat yourself! The “compost” cookie is a favorite of mine, and the egg and cheese breakfast sandwich with jalapeño. Yum!”

“Abandoned Building and New City Brewery “Tap Rooms” are within a few hundred yards of each other at the Mill Buildings on Pleasant St. Fun places to hang and sample good beer, they’ll often have some live music. Just be aware of early closing hours, either 10 or 11 or not open during some weekdays. ”

“Best ice cream in the Pioneer Valley! Forget Herrell’s—THIS is the place! The shop isn’t fancy on the inside, but they boast some of the most unique flavors (from lavender to rainbow poop!), and the most balanced flavor profile you’ll encounter. The ice cream isn’t packed with sugar, so the aromas come through beautifully. I recommend the black cherry. Like candy? They also have a great candy section! ”

“The ginger beer—you have to try it! So good. They have live music and dancing, and it’s a sweet little brewery. ”

“This is a section of the M&M trail that you won't want to miss! It goes along the upper ridge of Mt. Tom and the views are stunning on a clear day! If you have 2 cars, you can park in the reservation and end your walk at the second location on Easthampton Road. Most of the trail is beginner/intermediate but there is a tricky section on the jingle stones which is not for folks who have a fear of heights or are not steady on their feet.”

“This is a fun, retro-vibed restaurant with an interesting food and drink menu. Weekly specials are often bold and flavorful, and they make a decent cocktail. ”

“I’m from NYC, so I’m not going to lie to you and tell you that these are the best bagels, but Tandem is a very good local staple! I recommend going early if you want your pick of the day’s bagels (as with any bagel place). I enjoy the French toast bagel. I also like to order the oatmeal with fruit sometimes—warm and filling. They have a nice outdoor seating space, and it’s great to sit out there in the spring and summer and have breakfast among the locals. I haven’t had their coffee, but for my fellow tea drinkers, they have a good tea selection—Mighty Leaf, I think! ”

“Riff's is my go-to spot for seriously good grub. It's like pub-food sandwiches, pizza, burgers, salads and the like, but it's made really well and is always super tasty. Never had a bad meal there. You can also eat and drink at the attached Hideaway Lounge for a more bar-like experience.”

“This is the only place in my guidebook I haven't personally been. But I wanted to include it because it's a good sushi and Asian food option and people seem to like it.”
