Points de vue pittoresques

“Don’t miss this special place. Plenty of locals have lived in Chicago their entire life and have been to the Lincoln Park Zoo dozens of times, but have never been to this beautiful Hidden Gem. It is an oasis in the city, and after reading how much Alfred Caldwell sacrificed to see this project to completion after the Great Depression hit, I'm even more grateful to him and his family for giving us this beautiful architectural landscape feature. ”

“Perfect for a special occasion. Drawing inspiration from the local market, Chef Sherman utilizes exceptional ingredients at the height of their season. Open for dinner, but Sunday opens for brunch as well.”

Bord de l'eau
“More upmarket but still casual. Situated right on Lake Michigan at Fullerton Ave. During the day the views are incredible, all along the Lake and then into downtown. A slightly fancier menu; great for brunch (but try to book, or else wait and soak in the views).”
