inizieremo con una passeggiata nel vigneto, fino al punto panoramico da dove potrai ammirare le colline del Barolo, Barbaresco e Roero in un unico, dove a seconda della stagione potrai partecipare attivamente alle diverse lavorazioni, per capire come il vino nasce nel vigneto, come un taglio sapiente di un tralcio può incidere sulla qualità delle uve e quindi sul vino. tutti i nostri vigneti sono situati sulla sommità della collina di Altavilla nel comune di Alba, circondati dal maestoso paesaggio delle Langhe da una parte e delle Alpi dall'altra. Entrando in cantina è possibile apprendere la costituzione del suolo delle nostre colline che godono di una composizione minerale unica al mondo, è possibile vedere e toccare con mano la stratificazione del suolo dal Miocene ad oggi! l'esperienza prosegue in cantina dove è possibile vedere tutte le fasi della vinificazione, dalla vendemmia all'affinamento in barricaia. infine la degustazione dei vini, alla scoperta dei profumi anche grazie all'ausilio di aromi per imparare ad "addestrare l'olfatto" come un vero sommelier! i vini sono abbinati a prodotti del territorio selezionati dalle migliori aziende agricole. in più punti del percorso è possibile igenizzare le mani, o lavarle con acqua e sapone. Se il tempo permette potremo fare la degustazione all'aperto in giardino. You will join me and my trained dog Gemma, and my highly experienced truffle hunter fellow Santo, and his trained dog Vasco to get an introduction to the magical and mysterious world of truffles. You will be exploring the art of finding these gastronomic treasures! - 8.00 am we will meet in Turin and we will take you to our secret places - out of the city in the forest. -we will have a coffee break in the village where we find truffles. - we will give you an introduction to truffles, where they grow, qualities and rules about searching them. - we will be walking and searching for truffles, (white or black depending on the season) in the forest with the help of our beloved, talented dogs Gemma and Vasco. You will actively take part in the truffle hunt, learn how to recognise truffles and how to dig them up - we will have a lunch in a typical Italian trattoria. Partenza da P. Carlo Felice percorrendo via Roma , P. San Carlo , P. Castello , Via Palazzo di città , P. della Consolata , Via Maria Vittoria , V. Po , P. Vittorio Veneto. Durante il percorso descritte e visitate le piazze, gli edifici storici , le chiese , i punti di interesse storico . Sempre nel tour verranno visitati circa 10 tra caffetterie storiche e cioccolaterie e verrà spiegata la storia di ognuno. Per chi vorrà è possibile continuare raggiungendo punti panoramici , parchi e Borgo Medioevale.

Mandaci un messaggio per richiedere una data alternativa. - Scopriremo insieme la zona del Canavese, dove avrete la possibilità di degustare i vini della zona, di pranzare in un’atmosfera familiare e accogliente, e di scoprire dei paesaggi singolari e poco conosciuti al di fuori del Piemonte. Partiremo in auto dal centro di Torino alle 10.30, per raggiungere in 40' la nostra prima tappa: un’azienda vinicola certificata biologica nelle campagne di Caluso, famose per la produzione di uva Erbaluce, da cui nascono prodotti DOCG come vini fermi, spumanti e il famoso passito. Dopo una passeggiata in mezzo alle vigne e una degustazione in cantina, pranzeremo con piatti tipici preparati per noi al momento, per poi raggiungere in circa 40' la nostra prossima tappa. La giornata proseguirà a Carema, località unica nel suo genere per via dei suoi terrazzamenti e delle caratteristiche vigne a pergola, sorrette da colonnati di pietra. Una volta raggiunto il borgo, cammineremo tra antiche vie e vigneti per 45' circa, per poi raggiungere una cantina locale, dove assaggeremo le due tipologie di vino Carema DOC. Il rientro a Torino, della durata di circa 50', è previsto entro le ore 17.30. È possibile richiedere brunch vegetariano o per celiaci. Consigliamo scarpe adatte a percorrere un sentiero sterrato.

Immergiti nella natura e nel dolce mondo delle api! Dopo le presentazioni verrete accompagnati da Luciano e Margherita in un piccolo tour che vi permetterà di conoscere l'azienda agricola e la sua attività. Farete una passeggiata nei boschi circostanti attraverso sentieri di facile percorrenza per osservare alcune delle fioriture da cui le api raccolgono il nettare ed il polline. Andrete a conoscere da vicino il superorganismo alveare incontrando l’ape regina con i fuchi e le operaie. Poi vi attenderà il momento relax con ApiAroma ed ApiSound all’interno del nostro Chalet delle Api. Degustazione mieli e visita al laboratorio di produzione. Non mancherà anche una passeggiata nell’orto a conduzione naturale con possibilità di raccolta (secondo stagione). Vi aspetta un esperienza green che sicuramente vi permetterà di comprendere in modo semplice e divertente come la natura si sviluppa e come i nostri prodotti vengono curati per arrivare sulle vostre tavole. Punto di ritrovo in un comodo parcheggio dove lasciare le auto. Conoscenza del gruppo. Partenza su sentiero Gta. Percorso di media difficoltà della durata di 1:30. Il percorso è una vecchia mulattiera usata per collegare due borgate al paese di Viú. Lungo il percorso sarà possibile ammirare costruzioni rurali, chiese, ponti in pietra, falesie e la vegetazione tipica delle Alpi. Durante la camminata vi illustrerò le loro caratteristiche. Il percorso immerso nella natura avrà come punto di arrivo la bella borgata dei Tornetti, costituita da case tipiche del posto, piazzale con fontana in pietra da cui partono tantissimi sentieri. Dopo un pausa per riprendere fiato ci recheremo mediante un suggestivo sentiero alla casa nel bosco, lì si consumerà il pranzo al sacco e ogni ospite potrà rilassarsi e prendere il sole utilizzando gli ampi spazi esterni. Offrirò caffè e Genepi (liquore locale fatto con le erbe del posto). Ripartenza per raggiungere le auto. Giunti al parcheggio per chi ne ha piacere, visita del paesino di Viù e terzo round per approfondire la conoscenza.
