“On Sunday mornings go grab a local cup of joe here, pick up your berries, carrots, flowers, lettuces, and more. Enjoy fresh salmon, a few breakfast carts, and live music. Pick up some locally made plant pots, jewelry, soaps, wood carved items (bowls and such), candles, and more.”

Light Rail Station
“there are three Light Rail stations in Milwaukie. The Park Avenue Station is where the trains begin and end, complete with a parking/bike storage garage. The next one is in downtown, near the post office and archery store. There are several food carts there and a coffee shop across the street. The third station is at Johnson Creek/Tacoma, near Sellwood. This train goes to OMSI, over Tillikum Crossing over the Willamette River, to Portland State University, Downtown for shopping, hotels and the food scene. You can take other trains at Pioneer Square. ”

“This is a bit of a drive, but if you're craving good Thai food this is the spot. There's like a million Thai restaurants in Portland and many of them are just 'ok'. This one stands out, especially their huge selection of soups. They have this won ton soup I'm addicted to. Everything tastes freshly made. Be careful about ordering things 'spicy'...they don't play around!”
