“If you pass through Sandy on your way up or down the mountain, Joe's Donuts is a must if you're craving something sweet. A humble hole-in-the-wall bakery with 20+ varieties of fried and baked pastries.”

Boulangerie
“This place is kind of a must see! Dollar bills line the ceiling and with some major western vibes this place serves up some of the wildest themed burgers you can imagine. Also, vegetarian friendly with a pretty good veggie patty. ”

Grocery or Supermarket
“Has pretty much everything you might need. From, groceries, to home repair, to clothing and apparel, and even Starbucks and a jewelry shop. Freshly remodeled, this place is actually pretty great for all your food and special dietary needs. They have wine and beer here, but no alcohol (its an Oregon thing)”

Marchand de vins et spiritueux
“You can only buy liquor at a liquor store in Oregon, so you might want to make a stop here if you plan on sipping on some whiskey while out at the Woodlands House. I do recommend the Local Portland brand "Burnside!"”

Épicerie
“We love Grocery Outlet! What's not to love about last-seasons-movie-branded Cap't Crunch and unheard of brands of cheese at ridiculously low prices. Try the pumpkin ice cream in January or giant tubs of Minions branded Nutella at 1/10 the price. Look for great deals on name brand items (Hellmans or Best Foods Mayo, Grey Poupon Mustard) strangely packaged at crazy prices. It's fun to explore the isles and see what they have. Swing by here on the way up the mountain. ”
