“Quintessential Santa Fe and not to be missed! Put on your most comfortable shoes or boots and walk Canyon Road's phenomenal collection of galleries and art studios. A visual feast that some claim to be the best collection of art between LA and NYC.”

“The Art Scene in Santa Fe area began to grow and flourish in the early 1900's. Many artists began to come here because of the healing climate. Later Georgia O'Keefe came here and set up a studio in Abiquiu, NM. The downtown Santa Fe museum houses many of her paintings and sketches. Her studio and home in Abiquiu is also very interesting and requires a reservation to visit. The Abiquiu area is spectacularly scenic as well. Just past Abiquiu is Ghost Ranch and in this area the pink granite cliffs are so beautiful.”
