Restaurant
“Don Pedros is a lovely restaurant on the beach where you can enjoy great ocean views, fresh good food and occasional live music. Monday nights is Salsa night where you can learn to salsa dance and listen to a fabulous live band. The food includes pizza, salads, fresh fish, steak, etc. It's out our door and a 2 1/2 short blocks to the beach--takes you maybe 5 minutes to walk there.”

“If you wish to eat classic Mexican food, Mary's and The Relleno Cafe right next door are 2 classics. Also, the Taco Stand down by the bridge opens in the early evening, (before going over the bridge where 1 way streets split) and stays open into the evening. A local favorite! For great pizza, and Italian food, visit "Rustica", right in town. Also check Sayulitalife.com to search for potential desired restaurants.”

“A must while in Sayulita. It’s right downtown close to the plaza. The place is really stunning, service is good, but the food is the real treat. They have wood fired pizza, great cocktails, salads, and my favourite, the mussels in a white wine cream sauce. La Rústica looks out onto the street, so great people watching as well.”

“This is one of the fastest, freshest, most delicious, traditional and inexpensive places to eat in Sayulita. It's out our front door and @one and one half blocks towards the beach. We love it for breakfast tacos and lunch. There's minimal seating; you stand in line on the sidewalk and select a variety of freshly made traditional Mexican foods for tacos or for a plate with fresh tacos. Great place popular with locals and visitors.”

Place to eat
“Many people voted this as the best pizzeria in Sayulita and I agree – it is one of my favourites but I don’t know how I feel about it (yet) being on top of the list. Pizzeria Venezia is in the northern part of Sayulita and is a bit farther from town so only the people who knows visit. They are quite busy during dinner and late lunch hours so make sure to mind the opening hours! Aside from the pizza, they have a huge salad that I really love to order all the time. Their pasta is also made by hand and is my favorite pasta in town! They don’t sell alcohol so feel free to buy a bottle of wine or a 6-pack beer in a tienda close by.”

“They have the best stuffed chicken breast and it's a beautiful outdoor place overlooking the plaza. If you're in the mood for Italian food in Mexico, it's the real thing.”

“You almost don't have to open your eyes when walking to this neighborhood gem from Casa Mariposa. The coffee beans are local and the breakfast burrito cures all. ”
