Love this place! I had the highest pass for four years in a row and every single time I step foot into Disneyland I get excited as if it was my first time. The only downside is long lines and I wish besides fastpass they would offer a front of the line ticket.

Be prepared to test your endurance. The trails are relatively steep, and it warms up after 9 a.m. Not much in the way of shade so bring along a hat and pack on the sunscreen. Best times to come are late fall to winter, when the temperatures are milder. Bring plenty of water and snacks, as there are no refill stations. There was a stand that sells bottled water but I am not sure it's there anymore. The hike can take anywhere from a half day (view of the Hollywood sign) to a full day (trail that leads to the observatory). You can also go on a horse-back riding tour through the steep trails. A must stop on your Angeleno tour.

Street dancers. Gold man. Comic book heroes and heroines. Tons of shopping. Zara is here but don't go there if you like wearing clothes made by a company that doesn't pay their employees. All the stars you can imagine some you can't are all here. There's hundreds of souvenir shops so don't stop at the first one you see. Also people talk but don't touch so no worries.
