Young active guests, normally walked, about 20 minutes to the mall. Road are not pedestrian friendly. Which is norm for Malaysia street in general :-)

Local Fruits selections is superb and cheap. Yes, its cheap!
Good to explore if you are not the 'Tourist Place Only' personality. Not everyone speaks fluent english but some do with 'broken english'
Should be ok as Malaysian Locals are friendly especially if you're foreigner. Damn obvious!
