This intimate private dining venue is hosted in a converted Water Tower by British Masterchef winner, and former Architect, Gerry Goldmyre. It is so secret it didn't appear in AirBnB search box for recommended venues so please note The Water Tower you want is only a short walk from the house in Eskbank. It is not in North Berwick. Booking in advance is essential and can be done by reaching out via the Water Tower Facebook page. This is a hidden gem in Dalkeith and if you can get a seat at this chef's table it will be a night to remember.

Highly rated on Tripadvisor. Nestled in an industrial estate to the south of Edinburgh, our current site has been where we call home since 2013. Why not pop along to the brewery and see it for yourself? You can either have a Brewery Tour, brew your own beer in the Craft Beer Kitchen or visit our Tap Room. Pick up some bottles or cans, fill your Growler, or grab a seat and sample a few beers while looking through to the brewery. On sunny days you can sit in our beer garden, drink a beer or two and look up to the top of our brew kit and see our brewers hard at work.
