Sightseeing
Inside Brushy creek you’ll find miles of some of Texas’ best mountain biking trails. Entry can be made via several access routes along the Brushy Creek hike and bike trail, just look for the singletrack trailheads that branch off the pavement. If you go north of the paved path, you’ll be on “Picnic” which follows along the creek bank. You’ll find a mellow cruise with a few drops if you’re brave enough. On the opposite side of the paved trail, you’ll find some challenging climbs, steep drops and incredible views from above the park.
There’s also paddleboard rentals (perfect for dates), a splash pad and jungle gym for kids. Soccer fields, softball fields and the brushy creek skatepark provide something for everyone.

This is the closest CapMetro transit station and just so happens to be along the Austin Metro rail which departs hourly and will take you strait to downtown Austin. Some of the gnarliest terrain you’ll find in Texas. Warmup on the greenline and rail some berms on your way down, get comfortable before working your way into the more challenging stuff. The jump line has a killer flow w hits all the way from top to bottom. Get nasty on Black Sabbath if you really need a rush, just don’t go off the rails-this one’s steep, got some off-camber turns, and will test you
Hop on the chair and take a crooz up Texas’ first and only lift-access downhill mountain bike park. Overlooking Lake Buchanan you can see for miles from the top before you drop into this Spider’s web of trails
