My Neighborhood
You'll quickly know you are in old Florida when you arrive. I'm nestled in a Heritage Live Oak Grove in one of Pensacola's oldest established neighborhoods. Beautiful vegetation and coastal wildlife are all around. It's an amazing neighborhood to explore, dine out, exercise, enjoy water sports, fish, enjoy the sunrise and or sunset. Bayou Texar boat ramp is less than 800' from my front door.

Sightseeing
Downtown Pensacola is very easy to walk in an afternoon. Its has a very fresh vibe that is fueled by 4-5 years of recent development of the waterfront and the surrounding Palafox Street area-the nucleus of our city. We have an amazing port that services ocean going vessels and receives goods from around the globe. There's live music, art galleries, food, and museums in and around our charming little down town scene.

Food, water sports, biking, fishing, etc. The beach is 15-20 minutes from my door depending on traffic. There's nothing like our smooth white sandy beaches here in Pensacola. I recommend going to Ft. Pickens which is a state park and incredibly private. Navarre Beach is east of Pensacola Beach and there is 16 miles of national seashore that you can find your own private space to sun and relax as well. You can't go wrong.
