Pricey, but the food is amazing. The taster menu complimented by paired wines whilst looking out over Watergate Beach is a romantic must if you want to treat someone special

Drinks & Nightlife

In the day, Whiskers provided great Cornish roasted coffee, psychedelic cat murals and local art on the walls. At night the place really comes to life. The team at Whiskers get amazing bands in and the atmosphere is super chilled. The place is full of locals normally and there will not be a stag do in sight. The own brand lager 'milk' is great.

Another local's haunt, the bands are normally seriously good and tend to play rock. The selection of ales and ciders is pretty epic and the bar is massive so you won't be waiting long!

The quintessential south coast hideaway of the well heeled. There is a nice little beach, good pubs and plenty of seafood to be eaten.

Where Daphne Du Maurier wrote many of her books, this deep water harbour plays host to some massive boats and a huge regatta once a year. A quaint town with ferry boats across to the much quieter Polruan on the other side of the water, there are some great walks around the coastline from here.

Arts & Culture

A bit of a trek, but the Minack Theatre is one of a kind. Watch a performance and if you're lucky you'll also get to see the dolphins that flock to this area.
