Anton has buses to Panama City, taxis, mechanics, tire repair, groceries, farmacy, police, ATM, bank, etc. You can ask people for help, most are really friendly and willing to help. You may find a taxi to drive you to the beach, but best to bring your own car. No regular bus service to the beach. You may find UBER in Anton.
