About the condo:
1. Beach chairs, umbrella, sand auger, beach blankets and a small cooler are provided for your use during your stay. (Please rinse off chairs before returning to the room) You’ll find these items in the bedroom closet.

A designated parking spot is available. #303 Located on your right as you pull in to the front of the complex. Please stop in the management office and register your vehicle. You’ll be given a parking decal for your vehicle. (If the office is closed please check-in the next morning) Then proceed up the elevator to the 3rd floor and exit turning right. Just around the bend of the breezeway will be the first door, Unit 303. A keyless entry system is used. Please text owner the day of arrival and a code will be sent to you.
