Make sure you make reservations before you go. There are different options like hiking, zipline, ATVs etc. All of these require prior reservations at least a day before.

Light and comfortable clothes. The island’s weather is pretty warm all year ‘round. It is also a tropical island and nice and breezy around the beach Don’t forget your bathing suits and sandals and your hiking shoes for your visit to the rainforest and your walks around Old San Juan.
