Tacoparty is a sister restaurant to Bin 707, and is right there as well in terms of quality food, drinks, and service. Great lunch spot for unique, locally-sourced, delicious tacos! Don't expect traditional mexican food here, but you will find something tasty.

An underrated breakfast spot (it's usually very quiet for breakfast, but the food is great as well as the coffee!), and a very popular lunch spot. Their paninis, salads and soups are all fantastic! This is Abram's favorite place to go on a weekday morning to focus and get some work done.

Far and away the best breakfast burrito in town! Great coffee, too, and a nice outdoor patio for warm days. Their lunch sandwiches are pretty tasty also—try the Larry David.

Drinks & Nightlife

Beer is pretty good, food is great! Try the fish and chips—yes, they're made with salmon, and we wouldn't normally go for that in fish and chips, but they are really good!

The locals' bar. A very LGBTQ-friendly spot, food that's pretty good for bar food, cheap drinks, and the owner supports local charities, so we like to support them!

Sightseeing

First ascended in 1911 by a crazy cowboy named John Otto, who was Colorado National Monument's first park custodian and a key advocate for the monument's establishment, this stunning tower is 590' tall and one of the best easy desert tower climbs around. View it from the loop road around the monument (you'll have to pay the park entry fee), or even better, hike to its base for free by starting at the Monument Canyon Trail. The latter is a beautiful hike, and a great way to see Colorado National Monument without paying to drive around the loop road!
