World famous and the biggest car boot market in the world. Visit from 6.30 am - 9.00am for the best bargains and items. I go all the time, and early, so come along! Coffee after is a must.

My summer spot. From December to March. Quiet, European style beach far enough from St Kilda but only 20 mins drive or train. Good evening swims.

Sightseeing

Only an hour drive from Melbourne city, a day trip to Dayelsford is just gorgeous. Mecca of second hand furniture stores and many places to eat. I am more than happy to drive my guests to Daylesford!

An old gold mining town, and another day trip located 1.5 hours from Melbourne. Again, happy to drive - but you can also get the train. (Melbourne creatives flock here for slower pace of life.)

My favourite part of the Great Ocean Road. Google it! You won't want to miss it. My suggestion is take a tent and a few days to explore. A 2.5 hour drive + again, I'm really happy to be the driver!
