Best Italian food! I love the kale and sausage pasta and they have a good wine selection. Cute and nice ambiance! No view of the ocean but the inside is so cozy you may not miss it. One of my favorite restaurants for sure!

Serves full menu until 10pm and the bar is usually open until midnight, so if you want a really great cocktail at a low key place this is a great place to go. Close-ish to the condo, the music will be fun and loud. Also a great place to have dinner, the lasagna is amazing!

Good food, best for people wanting to party at night. They have DJs and a dance floor with a very expensive whiskey and scotch selection. Usually a younger crowd at night but who cares! You're on vacation.

This is the second largest tree in the world and is incredible. They have a local artists market on the weekends which is very fun. The tree gets a little seedy at night so visit during the daylight!

Conseils sur la ville

Hana

If you go to Hana it is an all day trip if you plan to go all the way. It is a 6 hour drive without stops, which you will want to stop. On the road please pull over for locals, some people have to drive this road daily. I wouldn't plan anything else on this day. The arboretum has rainbow eucalyptus trees if you're into that sort of thing. Coconut glens has amazing ice cream. I would eat at the food truck park on the left about 35 minutes past the halfway to Hana signs. In Hana there is a Thai food truck which is great. Be respectful! This is one of Hawaii's gems

Haleakala (Sunrise)

If you are going to watch sunrise up on Haleakala you need reservations which I would make as far in advance as possible. The sun also sets up there and is amazing too and does not require a reservation. I would bring dinner and a blanket and stay after to see the stars! There are a lot of very beautiful hiking trails, my favorite being down sliding sands and out the switchbacks for 11 miles of amazingness. Bring water and food, park at the top of switchbacks and hitch-hike to the summit which is 7 minutes by car away. Yes it is safe.
