Snowdon can be a little crowded so it's not our favourite local mountain but it is nice to say you have climbed the highest mountain in Wales. The views from the top are spectacular. The walk up the Pigg track and down the miners track is our preferred route. You have to be up early to park at Pen y Pass but go a mile down the road and there is plenty more parking.

Have a go at the fastest Zip wire in the world and the longest in Europe. On a fine day the views are spectacular. Or try bounce below or junior bounce below - these are underground so great for a rainy day - this is a bit of a work out. Although these are not cheap activities, they are lots of fun!
