My favorite ramen joint in Seattle, and my third favorite in the world. I personally recommend the Miso Rekka ramen with a soft-boiled egg added in.

Sister restaurant to SUIKA Seattle, also a bar that serves Japanese food. They have a neat 9-course bento box with a variety of sashimi and small bites built into it. The wagyu-uni nigiri is incredible.

Quite pricey, but it is home to the second best sushi I've had the privilege of having, beat out only by sushi in Japan. If you are a fan of raw fish, this place is a must.

A great burger joint that has a large selection of interesting burgers put together from local ingredients (notably Beecher's cheese). Definitely do get a side of the garlic truffle fries with your burger, and ask for aioli dipping sauce on the side if they don't give it to you.

A popular little park on the other side of Lake Union which offers one of two available city-skyline views of Seattle. If you want to see it from the other side, you'll have to travel all the way to Alki Beach in West Seattle, which is considerably farther.
