Across the street. Great for poolside pizza delivery and grabbing some club soda or ice when I run out. They’ll bring ice cream too. Otherwise the food is meh.

The most adorable coffee shop in a picturesque setting over a stream. Amazing & artistic pastries. The namesake butterscotch cake is wonderful.

Places to take a walk
If you fancy a stroll, cross the street at the barn driveway and go left through the parking lot. You can see a sign for a trail if you keep looking left. This connects to a small network of paved trails around the university and charlestown park.

If you fancy a stroll in nature, you can find some trails out back. Wear sturdy shoes. First walk up the big hill, then go left past the shed. Have a little go on the swing. Keep going through the fence and you will find a hilly area and if you look to the right you can see a gap in the fence and a gate laying down. Navigate to this gate (watch the squishy ground in the valley) and on the other side of it you will find a path. I prefer going left. You can take any of the turns, it’s not difficult to find your way back. If you go straight for a while & suddenly find yourself approaching a house and it feels private, you found the one dead end, turn around and go another way. It’s ok to walk the perimeter of the field, if you find that. Check for ticks afterwards.
