Because they have the most unique and delicious wines you'll ever taste - mostly made from organic, locally sourced fruits and produce. Even if you're not a wine lover, this is still worth a try! Families are welcome and our kids have been there more times than I'd like to admit:) And because its a great and inexpensive treat! We love gifting their wine!

If you are looking for a romantic, unique experience - THIS IS IT! The website isn't very zoomy or boastful - but this place is a hidden gem that is a favorite of ours. The food and hospitality of the owners/chefs is truly outstanding. And, you can bring your own wine or drinks and they will chill (if desirable) and serve in their stemware. It's little bit off the beaten path, but there are seriously no words to describe the experience of this farm to table food served by very accomplished chefs in their 1700's home restored to it's glory and nestled amongst their gardens.

Right down the road from here is a perfect place to take rafts and just float downstream a ways. You can pickup some cheap rafts/tubes at JRs Discount on rte 104 (on left as you head toward Meredith)

If you are looking for a low key but welcoming and warm church - no matter your specific religious associations - catholic, protestant, methodist, whatever - this church is wonderful and very Young family friendly!

Apple picking here is very easy and they have so many varieties of apples. Also, their baked treats are TO DIE FOR. So yum!!! There are also adorable farm animals to pet and feed, and tractor rides and a beautiful view.

Not very large, and sand is grainy/rocky, but water there is beautiful and clean/sandy way out. Close to downtown Meredith. Water is usually warm from June to end of September.

Paddle board, canoe & kayak rentals in Meredith bay (near Town Docks Bar/Restaurant). Never rented there - no idea of the prices - but paddle boarding is so much fun!

This place has it all and is a hidden gem only locals know about, so shhhh, don't tell, just go and enjoy! There are easy hiking and biking trails, a very private beach (it's not privately owned, but feels like your own), blueberries along the trails during the right season.

Beautiful reservoir in the middle of hills and fields with walking trails and easy winding hilly hiking trails. A favorite place of ours. Great whether you have 1/2 hr or several hours.

Because it's views are absolutely breathtaking! Moderate hike. If you're fit it will take less than an hour to reach the top. Even if you're not one for exercise this is still a worthwhile and reasonable hike.
