For excellent craft cocktails and a cool vibe head to Chuck’s Barbershop, a speakeasy on one of Concord’s back alleys. You will have to pick up a phone in a barbershop front room and answer a riddle to get in but it’s worth putting on your thinking cap!

It features an observatory, cafe, interactive indoor and outdoor exhibits on aviation, astronomy, Earth and space science, and a full-dome digital planetarium with shows from around the world.
