This is literally just behind the condo and offers many trail options for a great hike or mountain biking. There's something for everyone - I like to take a hike up to see Lake Dillon, my kids like to check out the ponds and little streams and bridges. I love to go to the left on the dirt path before you get to the metal gate. There's so many different trails that I haven't had a chance to try them all!

Bring jacket even in summertime
It can get chilly at night so bring some warm clothes even if coming during the summer

We have kid stuff
We have a pack n play but bring your own sheet. Also have a high chair, kid + baby utensils and outlet covers. Make sure to bring sunscreen and a stroller that can go on dirt paths if you have one.

Trails just outside the condo
If you're looking across the parking lot, take the dirt path that goes up the hill past our neighbors. You can follow it up and to the left and it will take you through the open field by the aspen grove, over a small bridge and will spit you out onto the Salt Lick Trail. The small stream and bridge is truly a gorgeous spot.
