This place is right next to Bernie's, can't miss it. You could walk to it from our house. We love their cannolis and their cheesecake. They also sell coffee, other pastries, and ice cream.

This is the closest restaurant to the treehouse. Literally right across the street from my neighborhood entrance. The BBQ is very good and its within walking distance.

This place is definitely not fancy at all. But if you like street tacos, then this place has great authentic Mexican street tacos at an affordable price. Last time I checked, they only take cash. They might have changed their policy though, but double check with them. 7 minute drive from the treehouse

The mountain is a close drive from the tree house and has many cool hiking paths and the top of the mountain offers some really amazing views.

these sope Creek paper mill ruins looks like it should be something out of the Mayan jungle but it's right here in Marietta. there are four ruin sites and a pretty robust river that runs alongside of it. There is also many good hiking paths and a small pond.

This place is the best indoor trampoline park I have ever been to. It has zip lines, a ninja course, huge foam pits, a rock climbing wall, dodge ball courts, basketball hoops, and an arcade. Its awesome but you'll be exhausted after an hour.

For this adventure you'll probably want to book in advanced. I have purchased a flight 3 times through Groupon and I loved it. Its a totally open cockpit vintage biplane flight and they take off from the Elevation Chop House restaurant which is very close to my house (2 miles). An unforgettable experience, highly recommended.
*edit* -As of Jan 2021, the previous owner of this company has died and they company is currently being sold to other ownership, so call ahead to make a reservation and make sure they're still up and running.

We did this for for our anniversary and we loved it. Very exciting and unique experience. It's in Smyrna near the Cumberland Mall, which is about 30 min from the tree house.

This is the best waterfall I have ever been to. And I've been to a lot. You can climb all the way up because the entire thing is like stairs. Not too crowded. Its a real hidden gem in North GA. Its about 1 hour and 45 minutes north of the treehouse.

This place has jet skis, speed boats and pontoon boats for rent in a very nice part of lake Allatoona. I do not recommend it for fishing around this area because of all the boat activity.

If the treasure hunt at the treehouse has left you wanting more, there are actually many many escape rooms in the area and this one is a good one. You will have a strict time limit however. So be decisive.

A great and really unique wake boarding park that is a 17 minutes drive from the treehouse. There is more than just wakeboarding too. It is open only during the warmer parts of the year so call ahead.

This is a really nice bowling alley that fells more adult oriented then it is for kids. Although there is also an arcade/ laser tag in the back. It has a bar and good food. Very nice, I've been there 20 + times. Right here in Kennesaw.

We go to this lake beach in the summer time when its warm enough to swim. There is a volley ball net, grills, and the beach is fairly clean for a lake. Its usually pretty crowded. $10 parking per vehicle.

If you're from out of town and never been to the Atlanta Zoo, its a pretty good zoo and they've made a lot of changes lately. Definitely check it out if you like zoos. 35 minutes drive from the treehouse.
