Local beach bar/restaurant. There isn't many restaurants directly on the beach in Bonita (this may be the only one) The food isn't anything gourmet but its a good place to get a few drinks and basic food/appetizers and walk on the beach.

Great High end shopping, restaurant destination or late night destination. Has wine bars, cigar bars, night clubs, good variety of restaurants, British pub, whole foods, coffee shop, high end movie theater (service at your seat)

Beautiful waterfront bar right on Naples Bay, walk around the shops, explore nearby Tin City (waterfront shops). Also walking distance to 5th Avenue

Sightseeing
This is one for the adventurous/off the beaten path traveler. It will require renting/bringing a kayak and padding some distance. I have renter from a shop in Estero on US41 and made the paddle. You could also paddle from Lovers key or rent a boat. Its the highest point in Lee County and was built by the Indians from shells.

This is a great beach to visit. You do have to pay to park but you get a scenic ride to the beach via a shaded limo style golf cart down about 2 miles or boardwalk through the mangroves (or you can walk it if you prefer) I highly recommend making a right on the beach and setting up by the pass. You can wade across the river to pelican bay's beach (tide permitting) or wade up the river and explore the mangroves. This beach has showers, bathrooms, rental equipment and food/drink all avaliable.

Great place for a romantic evening walk (open till 11pm) Great for fishing or to visit the beach. Parking is paid by metering. Beautiful beach and pier with very clean bathrooms and showers.

I highly recommend taking a day trip to Sanibel and Captiva. There is a toll (if your in a rental car be careful due to the daily toll pass fee's plus the toll, toll booths currently closed due to covid). Sundial resort has a great beach bar but the is many to choose from. If you have a truck/Bike rack I would recommend taking a scenic ride around the island (lots of shade)

This is the center of "Old Bonita" Not long ago this was a not so great part of town but over the last 20 years it has been transformed into an artsy downtown area. I haven't personally visited them but the Everglades Wonder Gardens and Shangri-La Springs I have heard good things about.

Another amazing beach. paid entrance, lots of board walks and miles of beautiful beaches. Lots of nature to see here (birds, alligators, manatees etc.)

Nice touristy area worth a visit. If you have to choose between this and Naples Pier I'd recommend Naples over it. If your on the way to Sanibel/Captiva though its worth a visit.

You can still access it by parking over the bridge and walking but if you get parked inside the park it makes things a lot easier. They do allow grilling on the provided charcoal grills (bring your own charcoal) You can walk down to the pass and eat at picnic tables in the shade between the parking lot and the beach. They have showers and bathrooms also.

Beautiful beach on Marco Island. I wouldn't drive this far just for the beach but if you want to make a day trip to Marco and Naples its worth a visit.
