Sometimes there are music & food vendors. Feel free to bring your own beverages. Check the website for events but this place is great to collect seashells and see the tides crash against the rocks.

Wonderful hike for the whole family. 1.3 miles one way. The Schoodic Beach Trail is 0.5 mile from the parking lot to the beach, and then 1 mile from the beach to the mountain summit.
