I love the walk along the coast from Meelup Beach to Castle Rock. Then you can climb up the hill to the lookout for a great view across Geographe Bay. You can find local wildflowers and orchids along the walk in Spring. Whales come in close to shore as they round the cape.

The ocean views are wonderful. If you walk part of the Cape to Cape Track you will see surfers along the way. Locals and tourists enjoying our beaches. You can stop off for a swim or take photographs of the unusual rock formations along the track.

Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park is all along Caves Road from Yallingup to Augusta in the south. You can find all of our local wildflowers, including lots of orchids in the bush. Small marsupials and reptiles also abound in the region. The Cape to Cape track goes through it along the coast.

Dunsborough is our local town with quite a lot of lovely shops and two supermarkets to get all of the shopping you would need. Geographe Bay is at the end of the shopping strip with beautiful beaches and calm swimming areas. You can also BBQ on the foreshore.

Busselton Jetty is the longest jetty in the southern hemisphere. It has great diving at the end of the jetty with semi-tropical fish to be found. It also has the Underwater Observatory which is fun and a small train to take you out to the end.
