Jupiter's temple was built parallel to the rest of the palace, and was one of the three temples on Peristyle, where the other two were dedicated to Venus and Kibeli. It is built on an elevated platform, and in front of it is the old Egyptian sphinx. Later Jupiter's temple was converted into a baptistery, which carries the name of St. John the Baptist. In the interior of Krstionice there is a famous crown hut, made up of parts of the 11th century altar block, which was originally likely to be found in the Cathedral of St. Duje

The Marjan Peninsula right is a green oasis just to the very center of Split and a place where you can spend all day without problems. What is the significance of this peninsula for Split, shows one of the city's nicknames, which is called 'City under Marjan', and the peninsula has its own day - 9 May. Marjan is a favorite walkway in Split, and is very popular among runners and other recreational ones.

Rafting through Cetina river is for those of you who are looking for a more active trip! So we advise you to take advantage of the fantastic rafting opportunity on the Cetina River. The canyon in which the Cetina river flows is full of beauty. It will give you an exciting and unforgettable experience, whether you are a novice or a more experienced rafter! Cetina has its source in the northwestern slopes of Dinara. Rising from a spring at Milasevo near a small village called Cetina, 7 kilometres (4.3 mi) north of Vrlika, it flows 101 kilometres (63 mi) to the Adriatic Sea. A large artificial lake begins near Vrlika, the Peruća Lake, which was created by a dam some 25 kilometres (16 mi) downstream. Cetina then passes into the lower portion of the Sinj karst field, through the city of Sinj. After that it runs eastward, through the city of Trilj and then back westward around the Mosor mountain, before flowing into the Adriatic in the city of Omiš. It is a river that means a lot to the locals, and you’ll get to see why on this rafting adventure!

Gastronomska scena

It is restaurants with an authentic Dalmatian dish. One more important thing – it’s put in Michelin guide. A local, family owned and run restaurant – with all the makings of the old-fashioned Konoba. If you’re looking for good, tasty, hearty, and traditional food, with large portions, then Fetivi is the place for you! As it is located in the Old Town, among the first houses built by old Split families, the authenticity cannot be more in the swing than it is. You can literally feel the history surrounding this place!
