Great town to visit. You can take the busboat in the old harbour of St.Tropez and visit by boat. (in the summer the trip over the road can take over 2/3 hours although it's only 10 kilometers)

Village situated on a mountain with lots of nice restaurants and beautiful views to all sides. Gassin offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Golfe de Saint-Tropez bay and the Maures Massif. This is also a delightful spot to stop and savour a bite to eat and a glass of Côte de Provence wine at one of the village restaurant’s terraces. Listed with the 'les plus beaux villages de France'

Port Grimaud was developed in the 60/70's and is also known to be the second 'Venice'. The town is connected with canals and bridges. Cars can only get in with a special permit. YOu have to park your car outside the village and enter by foot. You can rent electric boats or book a boat tour. Besides the houses and appartments there are restaurants, bars and shops.enetië. Most houses have boats that are 'parked' right behind the house in the water.
